Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions related to the postponement of ESTIV2020. This page will be updated, so we encourage you to check back as necessary. DELEGATES

  • Will my registration be transferred automatically to ESTIV 2022?
    Yes, your registration will be transferred automatically. The registration package will include the same items as you originally registered for.
  • I am unable to attend the new date, can I get my money back?
    Of course, that’s not a problem at all. Please request a reimbursement form via helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com. Please return it as soon as possible, but before June 1, 2020.
  • What about my hotel reservation?
    For hotel reservations at the congress hotel, Meliá Sitges, and all other hotels you must contact the hotel DIRECTLY to cancel your reservation. ESTIV will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
  • I have not yet registered, will the rates change?
    No, the rates do not change. However, the early booking discount period will be extended.

SPEAKERS AND ABSTRACTS

The program has been carefully designed with the help of many, taking into account a variety of topics. Although we had not formally accept any abstracts we reviewed all of them and were in the process of informing all abstract submitters this week. We strive to maintain this program as fully as possible and call on your cooperation.

  • Will my abstract be automatically converted to ESTIV2022?
    Yes. Any abstract submission for this year will be moved and accepted for ESTIV2022. Before the congress in 2022 you will get the opportunity to edit or resubmit your abstract title and content.
  • The speaker of my abstract etc. is prevented on that new date(s).
    We request that you initially find a replacement and submit the new speaker when we re-open the abstract submission next year.
  • I want to withdraw my abstract for ESTIV2022.
    Please inform us about your withdrawal at helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com.

EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

  • Will my sponsorship or booth reservation automatically transferred to ESTIV2022?
    Yes, your sponsorship or booth reservation will be transferred automatically to ESTIV2022. For all exhibitors that decide not to cancel their participation, ESTIV has decided to upgrade all exhibitor passes to full congress passes for free. All other sponsors will receive one full congress pass for free on top of their package. Also we will put your logo on the website of ESTIV for the entire period until the congress in 2022.
  • Will my contract change?
    Although postponing the congress, the exhibition and sponsorship conditions will continue to apply. The rates previously agreed will be maintained. For more information, please contact helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com.
  • Can I cancel my sponsorship?
    Of course. We really hope that we can still count on your sponsorship but if you are unable to attend in 2022, our exhibition and sponsorship conditions (https://estiv.org/content/uploads/2020/03/estiv-2020-sponsor-brochure-versie2.pdf) will continue to apply.
  • I did not book a stand or sponsorship yet, can I still apply?
    At the moment just a few places at the exhibition are available. To place yourself on the list, please contact helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com.
